3.0rs
Hello everyone, I have a 2000 Subaru running a link fury G4+ and EZ30 engine. I have had no luck figuring out the IACV since I swapped the car 3 years ago. My tuner suggested I run a ford 2 wire IACV so I got one and made an adapter plate to fit on the EZ30. I have had no luck with this as well. From what I understand, all I need is power and signal. I have played with the settings and duty cycle but it seems like nothing makes a difference. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Adamw
If you set the aux output that you have it connected to to "Test (PWM)" and the frequency to say 15Hz, do you hear it clicking away?
3.0rs
I get no clicking from the IACV On test PWM. I have 12v to the valve and I verified the wiring on my aux output 1 and everything checks out. I have also bench tested the IACV with an injector tester and seems to function normally. Adamw
To eliminate all wiring I would suggest powering up the ECU on the bench, set aux 1 to test ON and connect a volt meter or test light between 12V and aux 1 pin.
