Link G4+ Fury || Battery short circuit

Hello guys
I´ll explain the situation.
We are a formula student team, and our prototipe has a 600cc Cbr600f4i engine. We use the link G4+ fury ECU for engine management.
Because our prototype is a single seater, small car, we have very little room in the engine compartment. This forced us to put the battery upside down, close to the ground. (We use lifepo4 battery, so it can stand that abuse)

However, in the last testing, while we were putting the car from the table to the ground (the car is light), we short circuited the battery with the table. The short circuit scared some of us, leaving the car in the table for arround 20+seconds, with the battery shorted.

The battery was dead, no problems here. But the ECU, with a new battery, doesn´t turn on.

We have a fuse to the VCC, and that fuse is okey, not melted. We tryed to open the ECU case, to check one diode, and with a 12v supply it turns the blue light on, but the ECU won start.

¿Any suggestions? Any help will be apreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Notes: The ECU ground comes from the negative of the starter of the engine, that its directly conected to the negative of the battery.
Also, another digital electronic component of the car has the same issue. Same ground.
However, fuel pump, starter, fans... They are all okey.
