jay jay Posted July 4, 2021 Report Share Posted July 4, 2021 jay elvy any ideas i have a problem i am running amk1 escort yb cosworth with a gt30 1000 cc injectors ive had a problem engine cuts hard around 4000 rpm sometimes it does creep up on the rpm occasionally i have changed the fuel pump and fuel regulator new air temp sensor engine was running fine originally have a couple off logs any input many thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I think this is probably an oil pressure safety as your oil pressure is very low, it drops to nearly zero in some places at high RPM.
