When cranking Engine over I have trigger 1 yes.. no trigger 2 Ignition is set to Ford TFI Rising edge pull up on filtering level two. Adamw Posted September 16, 2021 Report Share Posted September 16, 2021 The Ford TFI system only has a single sensor connected to trigger 1, so it is normal for there to be no trig 2 signal. Aaron rice Posted September 17, 2021 Author Report Share Posted September 17, 2021 Thanks for the reply mate. When I’m cranking the engine trigger one is recognised but no spark. I’m unsure why after updating the firmware it has a trigger 2 Column in the Ford tfi section. When I do the test function the coil Sparks same with the injector test function Cycles injectors just no spark from distributor to plugs. It’s got me baffled because of the same tune has been running the car for 10 years after loading the tune with an update it’s not working. Adamw Posted September 17, 2021 Report Share Posted September 17, 2021 You can always load the old firmware version back in if you believe it is a firmware problem, but there are no known bugs with TFI mode and it appears to run ok for me on the bench.
