These pins are for CAN bus - CAN bus is a communication network so the ecu can send or receive data from other electronic devices. You dont need to connect anything to these pins if you dont have and CAN devices. CAN is commonly used for example to connect a motorsport dashboard, or Lambda sensor controller.
