chris.p Posted October 10, 2022 Report Share Posted October 10, 2022 Hi , just fitted a cam lambda to an Ecu and it’s the first time using the 101-0197 plug and play loom I’m used to making a trunk with a terminated resistor but thought I’d try this for neatness it’s all up and working but I was curious does the cable have a 120r resistor built in or is it functional just because of the short length ? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Adamw Posted October 10, 2022 Report Share Posted October 10, 2022 There is no terminating resistor in this case (well only one inside the ecu). For a single CAN lambda this works as there is little traffic on the bus and the bus is generally short so there is little chance of reflections causing errors.
