Ümit Posted November 19, 2022 Report Share Posted November 19, 2022 Hi everyone subaru sti link G4x plugin ecu version wrx11x wideband aem 30-4100 wired to rear O2 an volt 7 present fuel is E85 I did already some test and see sensor is working when I remove the sensor socket I see the an volt for 2.36 when I test the sensor full rich and lean also shows correct value but when I start the car at idle couple minutes later lambda shows richer then afr gauge calibration is also ok many thanks inadvance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Adamw Posted November 19, 2022 Report Share Posted November 19, 2022 Yeah, unfortunately that is a common problem with the old AEM controllers. 2 Problems: Firstly, the analog output is not very repeatable or accurate. Secondly, there is no seperate analog ground wire, so the ecu will be referencing a different ground than the sensor controller. You will also find when electrical loads such as cooling fans or head lights turn on the lambda will change. The best you can do is run the black wire to the engine block and adjust the calibration table to acheive the best match between gauge and ECU. What does your calibration table look like now?
