Odie
Hi We have an electric water pump wired to one of the aux channels through a relay. Only condition for operating is ECT >60 degrees of Celsius. Problem is that every time the ecu is turned on water pump starts running for a few seconds and then stops even if ECT is below 60 degrees. When ECT is above 60 degrees water pump stays on as it is supposed. This is not a major problem with water pump, but the behavior is similar with all other GP outputs. ie. all gp outputs are grounded for a few seconds after ecu is turned on, no matter how the conditions are set. Any ideas what might cause this?

Simon
Hi Odie On the bench we are seeing this. It looks to be that the drive is activating for the time your switch off timer is set to. Ill pass it over to engineering to look at.
