barometric sensor

Let's see SNOR: to calibrate the MAP sensor, the barometric pressure should be in my area at 101 kPa, and the BAP in 99 about so far so, the Kpa PRESIO is to become zero, so it is not able to go from zero RPM acceleration, has always been so. Do we change the terms now please answer ?, consistent solutions.

Hi Jose',

If you are at sea level the MAP sensor should read approx. 101.1 or so Kpa, Baro will read close to this dependant on the actual Barometric pressure on the day.

If you do a calibration on the MAP sensor does it say completed successfully or does it have an error.

Please post your PCL file.

Regards

Dave.

Hi Jose',

Sorry i don't understand what you have written above.

However looking at your PCL file it is your MAP sensor that is reading 0 , your BAP is fine.

What MAP sensor are you using and has it been Calibrated as in under the ECU controls tab.

Does this engine run on methanol or similar as I notice your Stoich AFR is set to 8.00:1.

Regards

Dave.
