José Santana Suárez
Hello: I have a G4 + storm, the I have configured and working perfectly, but I stopped working on the barometric sensor is to put completely to zero, so I stopped working on the Map. What solutions give me ?.
Simon
Do you mean the the BAP is reading 0kpa?
José Santana Suárez
We were going to see Sir calibrating the MAP, the barometric pressure should be in my area 101kPa and BAP to 99 approximately, up to now been so, at the kpa losing power drive is not able to move from zero RPM accelerating, has always been so, we change the terms now. José Santana Suárez
Let's see SNOR: to calibrate the MAP sensor, the barometric pressure should be in my area at 101 kPa, and the BAP in 99 about so far so, the Kpa PRESIO is to become zero, so it is not able to go from zero RPM acceleration, has always been so. Do we change the terms now please answer ?, consistent solutions.
Dave Kriedeman
Hi Jose', If you are at sea level the MAP sensor should read approx. 101.1 or so Kpa, Baro will read close to this dependant on the actual Barometric pressure on the day. If you do a calibration on the MAP sensor does it say completed successfully or does it have an error. Please post your PCL file. Regards Dave.
Dave Kriedeman
Hi Jose', Sorry i don't understand what you have written above. However looking at your PCL file it is your MAP sensor that is reading 0 , your BAP is fine. What MAP sensor are you using and has it been Calibrated as in under the ECU controls tab. Does this engine run on methanol or similar as I notice your Stoich AFR is set to 8.00:1. Regards Dave.
Dave Kriedeman
Hi Jose', I forgot to mention you are also running old firmware ver 5.0.1. Current software/firmware is 5.1.0 Regards Dave.
José Santana Suárez
Hi David: The map sensor I use is the original, which is what was working well. and tried other censors but still ticking zero, that is what I think is the sensor ECU.
