Kelly Riley Posted June 7, 2023 Report Share Posted June 7, 2023 Altezza Beams ECU on a 2jz GTE (E-throttle) develops an oscillating idle pattern during warmer weather when fully warmed up and after decelerating and coming to a stop. Strange thing is it idles normal when the a/c in on, although I rarely run it in this car. I tried playing with the Idle Timing table but I really don't have a clue what I'm doing. Any suggestions on what settings I could possibly experiment with to get the idle back in check? Intake idle temp when fully warmed up with our current climate is around 104* F. It could be your idle base settings, IAT corrections, too aggressive PID settings for idle control, or some other setting causing it to run lean at idle or locking the idle control.
