Coops Posted June 24, 2023 Report Share Posted June 24, 2023 Hi I have just powered up my ecu and setting up the e-throttle, I have e-throttle relay set to aux 3, signal 1 set to aux 4 and signal 2 set to aux 8. I have manually calibrated both the tps and the aps both are giving good signals. But the throttle body just snaps open when its set 2 set up mode and won't do anything in on mode. On my output display the aux 3 and aux 4 relay and signal 1 are both active but signal 2 is off. What am I missing? I've rechecked all my wiring ecu to relay and relay to throttle body. I've rechecked wiring and all seems correct as per drawings Relay yellow - Pin4 TB Relay gray - Pin1 TB Relay brown - Aux 4 ecu Relay Green - Aux 8 ecu Relay White - Aux 3 ecu Black - ground One thing have noticed if i set my e-throttle target to 100 at 0 rpm and 0 ap it will go hard shut.
