Knock sensor wiring

I've lost my Knockblock instructions and I need to know which pin on the knock sensor plug the blue wire goes to, and which pin the shield goes to. I seem to remember that they could not just be any way around, but the Knockblock installation instructions are not in the manuals section.

Colours should go as follows.

1-Black (Engine Block)

2-Red (12V in)

3-Red (to knock link digital)

4-Blue (to knock link digital)

5-Black (to knock link digital)

6-Blue (Signal in)

7-Shield

8-Blue (2nd Signal in)

Thanks Simon. It's 6 and 7 I'm concerned with - does it matter which pin on the knock sensor is connected to the signal and which is connected to the shield? I seem to remember a photo of the correct way to connect them in the knockblock manual.

If you have one of the two wire Bosch sensors then the polarity is not critical. So you can hook it up either way.
