4g63evo
I'm in the middle of setting up E-throttle on my G4+ and am getting an "error 5: TPS (Main ) Movement zero". Pedal has been calibrated, although when trying to calibrate the electric throttle body an error occurs. When I enter "Set up" mode with "run throttle" mode the T/B opens 100%. I then select to calibrate throttle body, it tries to calibrate from WOT / open the T/B wider and then comes up with "error 5: TPS (Main ) Movement zero". TP Main & TP Sub both have voltage readings and change when I manually open & close the T/B. I've gone over the wiring and can't seem to work out what's going wrong. How do I rectify this issue? Adamw
Aux 9 should be set to "E-throttle signal 2", not E-throttle relay. Set aux 16 to E-throttle relay. You will need to enter some appropriate PID values, and the max clamp will likely need to be much higher, set to 80% initially.
