350z VQ35DETT Throttle issues

Hello,

Quite recently got my Z build and  tuned, however, the car from time to time goes into safety mode - engine goes to idle and no Throttle pedal response. I can floor it and nothing happens. I'm running Link G4+ Thunder on VQ35DE twin turbo. Cannot figure out whats going on, would appreciate some guidance. :)I've attached two logs with the errors and the map.

Getting these codes:

[11:53:53 AM] ECU Fault Code 75: E-Throttle 1 TP /Target Error
[11:53:53 AM] ECU Fault Code 73: Aux 9/10 Supply Error
[11:53:50 AM] ECU Fault Code 76: TP(main) /TP(sub) tracking Error

Most likely one of the throttle position sensors is failing.  These are not replaceable they come as part of the complete throttle body.

You can see in the log below where TPS sub (cyan) does a sudden step at 3:44 while the TPS main is showing a flat line, both sensors are connected to the same shaft so that should always show near identical values.  The ECU only allows a few percent error between the two as it has no way to know which one is right.
