k4nnon Posted January 2 Report Share Posted January 2 Hey all, Im having a weird issue where on cold first start up, after a few days or a week of sitting. The car pops on a check engine light for ethanol content sensor fault/error. The sensor seems to work fine with no issues so i wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced something similar. Floor It Garage Posted January 6 Report Share Posted January 6 Take a log with Flex sensor frequency and battery voltage on one of those cold start's and see what it is. 0% ethanol is 50hz from the sensor, I suspect its dropping out and the ECU is catching that Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
