Knox
Hello, I tuned a nissan 350z with g4x plugin ecu. DBW throttle gives error sometimes when "ON" mode. Error code is "ecu fault code 69" which is E-throttle Max DC error. But on setup mode there is no error. How can I solve this issue? Thanks. Vaughan
Setup mode deliberately doesn't throw errors so you can tune it, attach a copy of your tune and a PC Log with the issue happening in it.

Looks like the throttle body been driven to hard open

Knox
Hello, I attached logs and calibration to my google drive. Here is the links. When you open the calibration there is note that says dbw is in setup mode. When I have the first log (name starts with 1) dbw setup mode is not on and we dirve the car may be 8-10 minutes after that at last seconds it gives the error code 69 and 75 and engine stops, you can clearly see that on the first log's (start with 1) end. Second log (start with 2) I think DBW is still not in the setup mode, we start and drive after that engine stops again after some time. And on third log (start with 3) I think I start the engine with DBW mode on setup but engine starts very low rpm like 400 and also throttle body did not respond to gas pedal, just works on 400 rpm. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dV3ccW8GDtt_dXZvf0T8d1Au-I8yVNsp/view?usp=drive_link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dKruSUsbaA7cdVzOSDEa_m7soXHykyYv/view?usp=drive_link https://drive.google.com/file/d/17-hg8EHcj1BXXWS25uyqqQV1_To8vnqC/view?usp=drive_link https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Oc4yDJJnvTe_aht29l-VPD7HeQW_60ji/view?usp=drive_link

Laminar
Your feed forward table is blank, you're getting some small error accumulations as the actual doesn't quite track target. In log 1, your TPS signals both drop to zero, the throttle duty cycle ramps to max clamp to try and open it, and eventually the system trips on max %DC limit. Same thing in log 2. In log 3 your TPS are both still zero. Your An Volt 2/4 are showing valid values so it's not like the wires broke or the channels failed. What are the odds that your throttle plate is snapping and/or sticking completely closed? The fact that it can still run, even at 400rpm, says that there's a least a tiny bit of air getting in somehow.
Vaughan
Your E-Throttle is jamming shut, in the 2nd log you do a blip and when it goes to shut the throttle it overshoots and goes all the way to 0% where it stays. A lower minimum clamp would reducer how hard it closes it but I would say you need to visually inspect your throttle to see why it is staying jammed shut even when you are trying to open it as hard as possible.
