markussch Posted June 30, 2012 Report Share Posted June 30, 2012 hi i have a impreza my99 europe model with a link possum g1 ecu the engine will not start, I have no spark at the spark plug The immobilizer is set correctly. Scott Posted July 1, 2012 Report Share Posted July 1, 2012 Hi Markus, Do you see RPM on your tacho? If you see RPM on your tacho then the cam and crank signals are being received correctly by the ECU. Have you checked the power supply and GND to the ignitor/coil? markussch Posted July 8, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 8, 2012 hi scott i dont see rpm on tacho and ecu software. power and ground of  ignitor/coil is ok ! i think the problem for no spark is the crank signal ! Scott Posted July 10, 2012 Report Share Posted July 10, 2012 Hi Markus, I agree with you, I think the problem is likely to lie with the crank or cam signal. If you are not receiving these correctly then you will not see RPM. Do you have a scope that you can check the trigger signals with, at the ECU?
