Jzx110
Hi, anyone had an issue where rpm gauge not working on standard cluster ? Car is tuned everything working just not rpm. Jzx110 with Altezza Link G4x ecu
Vaughan
A quick google shows that the JZX110 tacho signal might be on pin Q20 not Q26 (using pin numbering from Altezza pinout in help manual), have you swapped any pins around to make your JZX110 engine work? did you move the tacho wire to the appropriate place? Do you have the tacho output setup in the ECU? (Aux 3 in the Altezza)
Adamw
I thought most JZ engines have the tacho connected to the ignitor. Does it still have the stock ignitor and coils?
Jzx110
Car is tuned, everything working bar rpm gauge, its series 2 jzx110 2002-2004, originally auto, but manual converted, I sacrificed a/c ;( , still has standard coils yes
Adamw
So is the tacho connected to Q26 or to the ignitor? If connected to Q26 has the tacho output been assigned in the software?
