mike garcia
Just finishing up an install on a s15 and am not able to get it to start! When I test the ignition with the test function the coils work just fine-hook up a timing light to them and it blinks along. BUT when I go to crank the car the timing light wont blink!? The trig one/tri2 ECCS has been synced and seem to be working. But when cranking it takes a long time for the triggers to sync to YES and I am getting no engine speed/RPM signals......when I do the RPMS bounce around from 40rpm to 400 rpm??? anyone have any ideas? Scott
Hi Mike, Some possible things to check: Do you have ECU hold power enabled? Do you have anti-theft enabled? What is your ECCS widest slot number in trigger setup? If you turn Ignition to off do you get a reliable RPM reading? Cheers, Scott

Scott
Hi Daniel, We never heard back from Mike, so assume he was able to sort his problem. Have you tried what I suggested above? Scott.
