m3 coupe e36 (z3) wiring info needed

hi there, wiring into a e36 z3 m coupe?, the engine is being rebuilt and vanos has been removed altogether, I was wondering if you have any information regarding the wiring up of this engine especially the coil on plug arrangement, it has a motronic 60/2 crank trigger on it and we are planning on using the exhaust or inlet trigger as the sync but I imagine we will have to remake the trigger disk to suit as it currently has 6 evenly spaced slots cut into it. any help would be much appriciated. thanks scott

Any reason for removing the vanos? The LinkPLus G3 can run this with out a problem.
