minimum effective injector pulse width

Can any one explain what minimum effective injector p.w is  in MAIN FUEL setup ? is it the p.w at 15 volts  ? or it is some thing else ?

 

Why do i need to mention it in the MAIN FUEL setup ? i have stock 560 cc/min injectors for jdm evo 8 . What value will be considered as good 1.00 ms 2.00 ms or 3 for a good idle ? i dont have injector calibration data . i noticed that in the older firmware this option was not present. 

Is minimum effective inj pulse width is different for different injectors ? i.e low impedance  and high impedance .  Bigger and smaller injectors ?

The Min Effective Pulse Width is the shortest Effective Pulse-width the ECU will allow regardless of all fuel trims.

This would typically be the shortest possible pulse width the injector can operate with.

The old firmware effective set this as 0
