Simon Posted May 2, 2011 Report Posted May 2, 2011 Two wire can be controlled with the V5 assuming its not being used for boost control. It will need to be wired up on AUX1 and diode will need to be fitted (D3) Drive will need to be set up through the PC or hand control. Quote
E30MANIAC Posted May 2, 2011 Author Report Posted May 2, 2011 Thank you,Simon but 1.How can I find if diode had be fitted and 2.Which Bosch idle control valve(part number) is suitable with V5? Quote
Simon Posted May 2, 2011 Report Posted May 2, 2011 Any two wire will be fine. The diode is labelled D3 on late boards and is located right in the middle of the main header. On older boards it was on the underside under the main header. It looks like a black cylinder with a silver band at one end. Quote
E30MANIAC Posted May 5, 2011 Author Report Posted May 5, 2011 Simon,I checked the board and I don't have the D3 diode.Any part number or else information so I can buy it?Thank you! Quote
