I have this kind question. Do i have to disable closed loop lambda, IAT fuel correction and other features during the quick tune or quick tune will disable these features?

You will want to turn of closed loop lambda  but make sure that you are using IAT fuel correction

Another question about Quick Tune! Can I use Quick Tune without using a MAP sensor? I usually tune AFR in relation with RPM and TPS.

You can but most applications will be better if MAP tuned.

The exception is multi butterfly engines. Or ones with big cams.
