no spark (cylinder 5 and 6 ) when crank

hi. 

recently purchased a link g4 + for 1jz non vvti. running full sequential have 2 x link 3 channel igniters wired in running standard Toyota coils.  

 

got a Base map onto ecu.

when engine is cranking I have no spark on cylinder 5 or 6.

if I do an ignition test to test each coil Indivually  I can get them all to work during the test ( which tells me my wiring is 100% correct ) but still no spark on 5 and 6 when cranking.
