Hand controller

My hand controller is no longer displaying commands or data from the ecu.

The controller is powering up , as the display is dimly lit .

I have checked the cable for any open circuit and it appears intact.

Are there any serviceable parts on this unit and if so where are they available.

I thought about using  my laptop , but I think this unit - G1 MY99 V5 only can be accessed via the hand controller .

Dimly lit is that what it was always like or was it brighter? If was brighter before could be an earth issue

The hand controllers are getting pretty old now, and we have had some returned with dry solder joints. I would recommend checking for this, especially around the connector section of the board. Alternatively you can send it into us for testing and/or repair.
