When the criteria is NOT fullfilled to be open, is it then voltage on the output to the valve?The reason for the question is because on Audi S6 C4 the valve is open when no voltage. Simon Posted April 12, 2016 Report Share Posted April 12, 2016 (edited) When active we will be switching the drive to ground typically.However in the settings you have the option of adjusting this. If you change the polarity to High it will let the signal float high when active. If the valve needs to be high side driven (voltage supplied from the ECU) then you will need to use Aux drive 5-8 and set the drive to high side.
