Issue with fuel table or injector

I just switched to 1000 pt injectors from stock on my Evo .. and had my injector scaling done to 8ms on the master fuel.. also hot wired the pump..

the injector somehow is maxing out at 97% on the table at 23psi with a gt35r turbo .. which Is quite not right ... as I have run 30psi with the same injectors with an aem2..

my question is can we lower the master fuel just to get the numbers on the fuel table to come down so I can use the injectors to its capacity? As we can't go above 100% on the table ..

Yes if you are getting large numbers in the table and not getting 100% injector DC then lowering the master will give you the range required.
