Trigger cards

Ok so i have an old link g1 laying around was for a land cruiser but it has no daughter card in it for the vr conditioning. Im wanting to know a little about the cards and how they work. Do they possess the triggers and only send a basic signal to the main prosessor. Im wanting to see if i can send some 0-5v signals with my programable pulse generator to have a play on the hand controller.

What sort of signal is the processor looking for and are all the g1 the same bar the daughter card???

They put a simplified pattern 1 pulse for each firing event out that is a 0-5V signal.

The trigger 2 (sync) is a single pulse
