Callan Cotter Posted May 28, 2017 Report Share Posted May 28, 2017 Hi ive recently had a vehicle come in with a sr20det neo engine and a link atom g4+ initially the car was brought in so solve a sync loss issue but i am unable to move any further with the diagnosis as when the laptop is connected the engine changes tone immediately and runs very poorly. with the usb cable connected the car runs fine as soon as i hit connect the engine instantly runs bad/different and even once disconnected it still runs bad untill i turn off and restart the engineany help much appreciated log2.llg 180 as it came in.pclr Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Was it running odd when that log was recorded?Could you set up ecu logging so it runs all the time, then start engine and connect laptop so we can capture the "connection event".Have you connected any instruments to see what causes the "immediately runs very poorly" - for instance does inj pulse width or timing change?
