Adzn3k
How doo guys, The iscv on my caldina intake had failed so currently have the car idling on the stop screw which isn't ideal. Unfortunately a replacement isn't readily available in the UK it seems so I'm thinking of running a remote style one from another car. Does anyone have any suggestions for one that would be relatively simple to wire in and the link will be able to control?
Adamw
If you are in the UK the old 1990's style bosch ones should be easy to find - many euro cars used them. You want the 2 wire version rather than the 3 wire version. They just have 2 common size rubber hose ports so will be the easiest to adapt. This sort of thing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/252247552871
Adzn3k
That's exactly what I had in mind. I'm guessing the 2 pins will be 12v and gnd. The caldina is wired rso 12v and gnd I think
Adamw
One pin goes to switched 12V source, the other pin goes to the ECU aux output.
