ayp77 Posted September 14, 2017 Report Share Posted September 14, 2017 Hi, I am about to install a G4+ for the S8 RX-7. It has 4 individual AEM ignition coils with built-in igniters. Before installing I have some trouble about the wiring. According to the pinout wiring diagram, L1 and T1 (Ign 1 & 3) are unchanged, L2 goes to Ign 2. However, the trailing coil T2 (Ign 4) should connect to 4I, that's the factory A/C relay? Can it be configured to somewhere else as I need the A/C working. Adamw Posted September 14, 2017 Report Share Posted September 14, 2017 You will have to move the AC relay wire to a different output because Ign 4 is the only one you can use for the T2 coil. You could move the AC wire to either one of the Ign auxes on the expansion connector, or maybe something like Inj 7 or 8 if you dont need all 3 fans.
