  1. herewith logging. hope u can fine out any possible issue. im going to put back old set injectors to test right away. i compressed the file as i only allow to upload 276kb....... bnr34 startlog.zip
  2. Has been playing around few days but no luck. It is very weird. Engine just wont start..it run fine before i move onto Linl G4. It has power FC+Fcon before..i have removed all those. All after market alarm system removed as well..now it is suppose to be as factory Exactly same mod as other good runing bcnr33 .rb26. Ev14 1000cc. 450 walbro r35 coils. Vcam. Thus i use the same mapping and setup..wiring. Trigger setting is correct. Triggers scop looks good(only. Weird thing it recon trigger 2 1st all the time in cranking) . Sparks are all fine. Injectors are all fine in working when spining the CAS manually. Fuel pressure is stable at 3bar. No matter what i did, engine just refuse to start. I asked the link dealer come and help if he will able to sort out the problem. No luck. Anyone has any idea what i could missed? Runtime valve show triggers, injectors, sparkes all working when cranking.
  3. That make better sense..coz i found hard to undrstand how that ignitor work for a tacho Out to cluster. I guess we might need connect those igniton signals back as well..that would not be good. Use an AUX direct feed make it much easier
  4. Tks guys. Yes, we have r35 coils conversion and have those ignitor wires cut. That is very possible the problem. I will try the knock setting as said. Tks
  5. Thank you adam. Wideband fixed. The AC is so weird. It works fine b4 the plugin. However, when i meas the voltage on AC1(DI6) no changes fm the AC ctrl unit. Im not sure if thats the AC ctrl or something else..will swap anoterh ctrl and test again. Still lots of other trying to figure out. 1. Cluster REV not working ( PC link is fine) 2. Seems no response on the knock ctrl even i set gain up to 200 fm deflault at 10. Knock level show nothing jumping... either narrow or wideband nothing happen (at 6 to 10)

  8. I have this very weird problem. It does has iinjector pulse in the 1st few starts. I remvoed the cas out( changed fm 33 to 34 cas as rb25 neo swap, switched pins already). Spin the CAS injectors and sparkes are both fine so CAS should be swapped correctly..even the trigger test is fine. I saw consistance waves. After few more attend to start it up. It just fire for less than a sec then stall. Lose injector pulse even i use the injector test. No error code in PC link. Pulse look all ok in realtime....even put a new injector on #1 and conduct injector test,.nothing happen again. It does work fm the very begining. I could test each injector and hear they click 1 by 1 Im now runing out of idea. What could cause no pulse to injectors? 12V is ok.. just ground, No pulse.... I even put a new g4+ ecu in, known working r34 CAS... same....start for 2 sec and lose pulse... Any suggsstion to narrow down the possible cause?

  11. Im wonder the nissan ABS and HiCas system diagnotics are both thru the nissam consult port. Will they still work with the nissan consult tools or it is no way to use diagnotices tools again? I need to plug back factory ECU to do that?
  12. Problem fixed..it is my MAP limit set too low. While set at 210 which 0.95 still able to hit cut. Stupid me
  13. Yes factory cas. Im going to move down dwell to 2.7 snd try agsin. I changed 13v at 2.7. It is better but still happen at4000rpm. I will adjust 14v at 2.7 and test again
  14. Pls help, it really doesnt make any sense. Afr are fine and good. Once it miss, it go lean. Always happen at 4000rmp. Now i start to think it is ecu issue. It has no problem gpimg 1bar b4 with stock ECU.....

Im running out of idea what wrong with the boost. it run totally fine without switch on the close loop boost ctrl. even 1.0bar, missfire or jerk happen at 4000, 5500rpm. this is not 1 case but 3cars got same issue. no matter i adjust richer or leaner. it still miss so i wonder it maybe weak sparkes so i upgraded to R35coil. still same problem. can someone share some light in this matter? it run fine b4 LINKg4+ at 1.0bar..... wouldnt that be hardware or software problem? possible BOV leak to cause such? I did adjusted the new BOV tighter but no different. same new bov as befoew without LINK g4 b4 at 1.0bar....
  17. Finally, found a obd2 guage that would able to read AFR, i think it use new iso protocol which support links parameter ls. Most working great.
  18. I think g4+ knock sys is quite advance if u set it rigt. What i do is tune boost off and found,.calibrate knock level and adjust gain level to get it close to 500 level. Set your thershold. Start doing on boost and log level should always meet below your thershold.
  19. After install the G4+ happen to have crazy power drain. I did suspect it could be same issue as BNR34 which u need to redirect AC relay to IGN power. Proof that draw 2.81A.... shit. Quick fix with new feed now. This need to remark into the wiring so someone will alert that
  20. Just wonder if there is any calibration table for this ITA. They fit rb26 stock fitting directly. Fm trying what already in g4, hella sensor seem matched up. Any input would be great This is the one
  21. I found using the mixture map corrections as a quick rough touchup. Then compare the log file calculate cell % will give u very quick and nicely match target AFR. Always use LAMBDA as log instead of AFR u even dont need a calculator. E.g. target is 1.00 and u get 1.05 at cell..it is 5% leaner which just X 1.05 u done.

    Sorry to bring out this old thread. This is the dwell time fm Haltech(i think). Shouldnt r34 gtr neo rb25 dwell increae that much. Im asking bcoz the one i tune seems to have problem at silghtly higher boost. Current dwell in base mao is fine at 0.8. But not stable miss any over 1.0bar. All new splitfire coils, loom, sparkes. Tks

  24. Im using g4+ pnp. Hoping that the can AFR lamda 1/2 will work soon. The main reason to use tablet is the AFR since the LINK can lamda has no gauge to integrate with reading like a AEM X serial. And actually that really make me pick AEM rather then Link Can Lamda even I did purchased one fm Link.
