No I do not, but have a look on this website, it has a big list of injectors and their settings. http://injector-rehab.com/kbse/lag.htm

I shipped a V88 and adaptor to AIM in Italy yesterday.

any particular setup that you recomend ? or do you just switch it on?
I will see if I can get you some settings from the dealer who use this feature on rally cars,

No news at the moment. Should be added in the firmware update after the one that is about to be released.

There is a plugin ECU coming for the S13 cars. These have the long connector (135mm) like the Skyline.

You could use the IC Spray function (Intercooler). You could also grow your own control by selecting a GP Output or a GP PWM. The GP Output will let you control the NOS based on three parameters. The GP PWM will let you control using a 3D table. If using a GP PWM you would only use 0 to 100 as the values.

Select Motorsport > Antilag > Mode2. You will then see the settings for Cyclic Idle (Rotary Idle).

Is the NOS a wet or dry system.

So basically, initial tune should be with the IAT "ON" and using the default values.
Yes.
Marine V44 and V88 have been available for a month or more.

I am shipping a Vipec ECU and AIM adaptor to Italy so they can get this sorted.

Chris,
Either you are or are not using air temp correction. You do not tune with this disabled then enable later.
The values in the table give a fuel correction shape based on the temperature read by the sensor. When you start the car and the ambient temperature and engine is 20 deg, then the fuel correction will be zero. As the air temperature increases with engine temperature or boost, the fuel will be corrected by value in the table.
The recommended temperature for zero in this table is 20 deg. The default values are good and should not need changing.

I posted the data stream information in that very long discussion about a "Dash for Vipec". There is the information again. http://www.vi-pec.com/techdata/ViPEC_Datastream_Acquire.pdf
Yes it sends the knock level.

Rayhall.... did you actually have one set-up and working???? I'd be willing to send you my dash and cables to see if you can get it to work!
I do not have a AIM dash to do testing. As I said to Lury from AIM, this may have been sorted quicker if I had one. The other option is to send AIM a Vipec and adaptor so they can find what their problem is. I am willing to do this.
RacePak asked for a Vipec to test they had their dash correct.

Sending just the A command will work. Only problem with this, items like the volt input selected for the wideband will not be known by the dash. I guess the AIM software allows you to pick which is for Wideband.
My guess at the reason it is not working is AIM do not have the checksum calculation correct.

Data logging using the ECU memory is in the next firmware update that should be available next week. The CE light errors codes are coming soon.
Aux outputs 1 to 8 can be used for user defined PWM control using a 3D table. Spare injector and Ignition output do not have this feature at the moment. Injector and Ignition outputs can only be used for PWM control when using a dedicated function like boost control.

The air temp connection table should have 0 in the temperature table at the air temperature of the dyno room when tuned. The ECU then makes the correction based on the air temperature read by the sensor after the intercooler. If the table is setup correctly the air fuel ratio will be corrected as the air temperature of the day changes, no matter how much heat is created by the turbocharger boost.

I guess this info means it's not at the V88 end, it's at the AIM end right rayhall?
Yes both the V88 and adaptor are working as they should.

The Vipec dead time settings are correct for these injectors. I had YawPower in the USA test them and all the other injector listed in the injector selection. YawPower provide very accurate and detailed information on the injectors they test. This is their website. http://www.yawpower.com/injectordynamics.html
Ignore anything relating to AEM or any other make ECU.

All three wires( yellow, blue and green) wires need to be connected to the 9 pin connector, to get anything from the Vipec and see it with the real term program. Communication is in both directions, so both Txd and RxD are needed.
The harness I sent Jay has one of the wires missing (yellow). I apologize for this is was a silly mistake on my part. I have sent him information on where to add the other wire.
Also you must use the second adaptor I sent Jay. The first had the wrong firmware loaded. Again another silly mistake.
Marcel has a cable with all the wires and the correct firmware. It tested perfectly here and so do all the others I have in stock. The test I am asking you to do will confirm that the problem is not with the adaptor, but with AIM. I would have rather you determine this by doing the test rather then me having to claim the problem was with AIM.

I hav not tried it yet , I am still waiting for Ray (or anyone else for that matter ) to confirm that what I need to do is unplug the black box from the adapter cable and plug the RS232 connector into my laptop .
Marcell,
Look at my post above with a picture of the connector wiring. All the information you need is there.

Right click on the gauges screen and select "Setup".
Open Analog Inputs.
Change the MGP gauge number to 2.
Close or save and the gauge will now be the way you want it.

Ray , can U be more specific here ? should I connect the Rx and Tx from the adapter cable together ? and what 9 pin connector are u referring to ? Also I would be connecting to the V88 and not the MXL right ?

The the AIM dash is not connected in any way to do this test. The wires that would normally go to the AIM are connected to a 9 pin RS232 connector.
Here is the wiring to the 9 pin serial connector.
You then plug this connector into a serial port on your PC. Then run terminal software and type E or A and see if you get data back.
-
This is what you should get with the E and A request command. I am using RealTerm terminal program (its is free).
E Command that returns the inputs configuration
A Command that returns the data

Another thing...the adaptor must be connected to the CAN/Serial port on the Vipec. Not the USB port.

Rotary Idle & Launch Control
in ViPEC V Series

Rotary idle will not build boost. The antilag function will do this. You will need a lot of air pass the throttle butterfly for it to be effective. This can be achieved with a fixed throttle opening (around 15%) or throttle kicker solenoid or some air bypass valve.
