  1. After the update, after the first explosion, start failure, then cranking, but there are symptoms that fuel is not coming out, once the IG switch is turned off, and then it starts normally. Before the update, the can output to the external meter was an error. but this time it's normal

  2. Hello, my Storm X seems to be the same

In that case, the fuelpump does not turn, there is an abnormality in the can connection of the external meter, the ecu blue lamp is lit, and it does not start even after cranking

Even if the key is turned off again and started normally, the message "boot error" or "starting in boot mode" appears.

Is it necessary to send the ECU? Or will changing the laptop solve the problem?

  3. hello

I control the engine fan with water temperature

I also measure the temperature of the water before entering the engine.BET is the name of the borrower.

Can one electric fan be controlled redundantly with water temperature and BET?

For example, water temperature 90 degrees on 88 degrees off
bet 85 degrees or more on

  4. Mr. Adamu

yes this is the setting i wanted

Sorry for the inconvenience due to lack of explanation

We are currently preparing for the vehicle. We will report again after completion.

Thank you for your quick and polite explanation as always.

  5. I have two fuel pumps

Can it be controlled under the following conditions?

Pump 1 fuel pump standard control

Pump 2 Open loop control Toyota FPC

    Current usage

Pumps 1 and 2 are standard control of G4X fuel pumps
  6. Adamu.

It seems my translation software isn't doing a good job.

    fuelpump control changed to openloop

But I want to keep the relay control that was used in fuelpump standard control

I can't seem to keep it, so I'm wondering if it's possible to make a new one that is the same as the old one?

  7. Hello Mr. Adamu.

I guess the ignition s/w input was not what I thought it was.

I would like to make fuelpump an open loop control this time, but I would like to keep the same standard control of the conventional fuelpump, or I am wondering if there is any plan to create a new one.

    Any suggestions?

  8. Hi g4x storm use

I'm thinking of ignition switch input.

My vehicle is old and does not have dedicated wiring.

Is it simple enough to input 12v output when the key switch is on?

The current ignition switch setting is always on.

    please treat me well

  9. The test results are getting better after adjusting the intake air temperature compensation and adjusting the map near idle. I think this is a rare condition that occurs under a combination of various conditions.

It seems there is a difference between 40 degrees Celsius when the air is flowing in the engine compartment and 40 degrees Celsius when the air is moving.

I'm using itb, which may also be having an effect.

    Thank you for your advice.

  10. Hello. The sync is correct.

When this situation occurs, the engine is stopped after a test drive, left running for 20 minutes, and restarted, it gets better, but not all the time. The intake air temperature of the log is around 40 degrees Celsius, so it may be better to increase the temperature there. I have tested it by running the electric fan while the car is stopped, but there is no problem at 40 degrees Celsius at that time. Anyway, I'll try to test it. Thank you for your time.

My engine is turnflow, and if the intake manifold gets too warm while the car is parked, what would be an effective way to increase the volume to get it started? Pre-start injection?

dcoe type throttle body, with injectors away from the engine.

  11. Mr. Adam.

First, regarding the brake booster, I'm using an air pump monitored by a mechanical pressure sensor as an aid.

I'm thinking the brake booster is ruled out since the pump is not running at the time of this symptom.

It's a 4 cylinder ITB with the idle solenoid take off and the MAP sensor take off right next to each other, could this be a bad influence?

Or is the MAP sensor faulty? I'm wondering if this could be a bad thing.

I'm going to check the vacuum connection and replace the map sensor.

    Thanks for the quick response.

  12. Supplementation

When I start the engine, it swings lean for some reason.

Fuel pressure checks out fine on the gauge, fuel is getting in.

As the idle drops, the idle position comes up, and then it stays lean and almost comes to a stop.

When I open the throttle, it recovers, but when the throttle goes to zero, it goes lean again.
