  1. Thanks Adamw. I purchased the CAN Cable and have the Lambda on CAN 1 now and CAN 2 is in 350z mode. Seemed to fix those issues. Thanks for everyone's help in my fight for more knowledge in the greater effort to not destroy my project car LOL
  2. I was actually taking HP Academy’s EFI Courses before everything went wild at work. I don’t know why, but I didn’t know they offered remote tuning. Thanks!
  3. Guidance on where to start a tune and pretty much someone holding my hand and taking me through the process. I have gotten the car to idle, but beyond that I’m lost. Not sure if I need to work on the fuel table, VE, or timing. Is there a correct order? How do I determine my adjustments? Do I focus on one table at a time? With my lack of time now; just getting it to a safe tune to drive a couple hundred miles to a tuner and letting them have their way with it is fine by me. Figure if I’m lucky; the tuner will let me sit in and show me the ropes.

    Remote Tuning

I really hate to even ask; but at this point I don’t have a choice. I hope I’m not out of line or doing something frowned upon. I’m a loss though and really don’t know what I’m doing when it comes to tuning this thing. Does anyone have a tune or can someone remote tune for me? I lack the time and experience to get this car back driveable. I don’t have a way to get it to a tuner and the closest one is over 200 miles from me. My plan is to get it drivable and then make the trip. I can’t even find the time to take any classes working 16 to 18 hours a day right now. This thing is supposed to be my weekend stress relief, but I’m not getting any relief. If I can get some guidance I would really appreciate it. I can share mods and whatever files needed. Obnxs Initial base.pclx I have made changes to the Analog inputs/Lambda 1 already. Waiting for the Link CAN cable to be delivered so I can put the Lambda on CAN1 and get the factory CAN Bus working again.
  5. I changed the bit rate and the issue went away. Assuming I had to do it that way because I used CAN 2. I made lambda 1 Analog input change as well. It runs this way however, I’m ordering the CANJST cable to change it back and use the CAN properly. Right now it’s all tied into the factory CAN H and CAN L. Since I’ve wired it this way would this be the cause of my factory tachometer and ECT gauge to not function? Also; could this be the reason my cooling fans stay on from “key on” position until I turn to “key off”?
  6. I haven't done any tuning. Just working on getting it to run. I had it running a couple days ago. When I came back the next day: I finished installing the exhaust and was going to start trying to tune when I noticed this. It hasn't ran since the first day. Obnxs Initial base.pclx
  7. I know it's a bother having a noob in a forum like this. I can usually figure things out pretty quickly without the use of any kind of forum. That said; I apologize if the answer is right under my nose and/or I am becoming a nuisance. Any Ideas as to what is causing the errors? I have installed a 1 Link CAN Lambda on my 350z and removed the stock O2 sensors. I have a G4x Xtreme n350x Plugin Installed.
  8. SOLVED I feel so dumb. Anti Theft was in fact Active. This gave me 100% Fuel Cut and 100% Ignition Cut. Thanks for such quick responses.
  9. I’ll check this today when I get home from work. I’m thinking this may be the issue. I forgot about it until you brought this to my attention; I did notice 100% fuel cut. If AdamW’s response isn’t the answer I will try this and attach a log file for everyone to check out. Thank you for the suggestions.
  10. Trying to set base timing on my 350z (Xtreme n350x installed). I’m not getting fire while turning engine over (timing light not indicating spark). I performed an ignition test on cylinder 1 and the timing light indicates spark and you can hear the coil. What’s going on here? I’m at a loss and started the whole process over a couple times now.
  11. Thanks for the help. Got everything sorted in this regard.
  12. Forgive me; I’m new. At the risk of sounding completely ignorant; would I need to take the front cover off to complete the install of the CAN Lambda? If so; any advice on removal? I started an attempt before joining here, but feared I was going to break it. This is mainly my reasoning behind making more cables.
  13. That’s what I was talking about. Thank you. Am I correct in assuming this tuning port is also where I would wire in my CAN Lambda?
  14. Does anyone know what the data cable connector is called? I’m just looking to make some cabling of my own for experimental purposes.
