  1. Map limit should be a little bit higher than the maximum boost you wish to run. It is a safety limit should the wastegate or control of fail.

If you are not running a turbo or supercharger then any value above atmosphere will be fine.

  2. 1) You can configure an aux out to GP output and then switch just on RPM and you have a shift light control.

2)So do we and we are working on it.

3)You have the option of IAT and ECT trims. And on the main table you can span your axis using many different options. What trim would you be using the 4D table for?

4)Any reason you wish to cut fuel only?

  3. Its a bit of a mystery this one as the crucial sticker on the main micro is missing. To figure out what you have we are going to need to get a hand control plugged in and hope it has a software id.

The best thing to do would be to get the V5 upgrade and then it will be almost as good as a full v5. (you will be missing the functions on the rear plug that this board doesn't have)

  4. It will be able to idle but you will be missing idle up for cold starts and loads on the engine like AC power steering  etc.

The wires from the alternator give feedback to the ECU about the load and allows better idle control. We don't use these.

Wideband is almost a must have these days and should be situated about a meter after the turbo. At the very least make sure you have a fitting for one so that the tuner can fit one if required.
