so i have to drain my tank then put petrol in then re mix it .i will pull some cold start fuel see if im flooding it .think when the temperature dropped it stopped starting . cheers see what happens thanks again

also im trying to do cold start with e100 .not really a happening thing.Air temp is -1 to 10 15 degress c
have pretty much maxed out the cranking fuel and first crank any help be great
so first crank is 200 cranking ive had upto 500 still sad

the numbers are what was specified for e100 which is cheaper than e85 Smiles

Hi trying to run quick tunes and im getting some weird numbers .they are all over the place like 150 in spots with 26 almost next to them.Any idea"s this is with the table figures being all reasonably similar to start say all around 40 or 50 in this area .mainly happening at low vacuum -100 -40 say also all my -100 kpa numbers are in like the 70 to 100 mark and the -70 are like 35-40 somethings ?any help be great

OK so on multi fuel i have id 1000 injectors .And they are set at 810cc a minute .and im around 110 t peak so that is ok then i guess from what you have said Thanks ?

Hi Guys i have noticed my e100 fuel numbers are reaching and probably above 100 i know in traditional you can lower or raise the master fuel rate .But i don't see this in the flexi tuning Or does this not matter for this Thanks

HI so im now running flex fuel and wanting to setup lambda target table 2 my fuel table goes from -100 to 260 mgp but there's not as many columns in the lambda table whats the go for this please ? i obviously dont want to break it .Link g4+ xtreme
want to limit it to 20 psi boost i have the map limit set to 242 kpa mgp

hi guys i have dual tables for fuel,ignition and boost .i am wondering if theirs away to tell which map its running off .hmm thin i just worked it out .Is the blend table tell you so if its 100% its table 2 solely ?..i don't seem to be getting anymore boost it seems to be at the dc1 map limit ?is it using maps ? do i just need more duty Cycle perhaps ? i was worried because my ic7 kept coming up over-boost but that was set to 15 psi .so up that its a stock motor and i want to push 20psi on the e85. OK so next question >i have setup speed sensors and have configured slip control which i am sorting but i seen that theirs gear detection and have just tried setting that up .i have speed and rpm axis and ecu calculated .how do i go about making this work i drove in 1st gear and it picked it up then what do i do .i have set it too 4 gears .i tried to go thru them all but after the 1st gear i turned if off and it went from 1st to neutral .so i tried to do the other gears and i went to second then neutral.i have and old valiant 4 speed .and gear detection would be mean as it shows up on my ic7 .just need to configure it .thanks attached is a log and pcl

Ok so if i use the dyno or log some runs and check for slip at a given duty cycle i can limit boost and add it to the boost by gear map ?

Hi guys i have a old style h partern gearbox,so no gear position. Could we do boost by speed i have setup a driveshaft speed sensor working in the ecu .or am best to setup an undriven wheel sensor and do slip control instead cheers would you have a generic setup i could use for setup thank

whats is this ? and any idea what it needs to be please.
help file is not clear
also with multiple fuel tables should my 2nd table be close too the first one then just a little tickle here and there but ? Thats what i think i seen and heard at least maybe the case.I have had too add ruffly 40 % to the fuel table to make it run ,Cheers

So it seems sometimes my car wont fire it is like its 180 deg out and can backfire which isnt ideal.i can tell when it doesnt fire now so usually catch it .if i shut it down and try again it will fire as per normal although think its usually can be on the 3rd attempt.

Hi Adam i think the alternator is working ?just done a log and its around 12 13v ,just looked at the accel enrichment and i done some changes did you have some settings to start with im new to the g4x had g4 learnt some bits then g4+ learned some of that now here we go again alot of different bits changed to learn . attached is the latest log and tune any help be great .lambda is wired to a aem x series uego both ecu and aem read different .i just noticed the ecu lambda 1 is at 5v so theres an issue there somewhere

so have now just temporarily wired a link 4bar map sensor and we see vacuum and boost now Yah.
bap is 98.4 kpa at ignition on map is 100kpa .map sensor wont calibrate says error + or - 5kpa ? tried a linear table had 100kpa or 0 or 6 i think
but we are getting somewhere .noticed also with the key on map reading at 100 we are getting 198kpa under acceleration and map limit is 200 so then we are making 14psi boost ? my son says we should be only around 10 psi .
is this how its meant to read ? thanks
o and the IAT is here tomorrow

i have -14.5 PSI = .5 volts and 43.5 PSI = 4.5 volts.
still running 8.5 afr and crap my rpm roc goes to 5500 rpm toolatest log after an long arvo trying stuff

Ok so found my problem with trying to start the car the .the 5d fuel map was on with -50 in all the cells .this has taken me numerous attempts to start the car thinking its to cold .anyways turned the 5d off and it fired up .
