Fixed up a few things in your map.  Turned on idle ign, fixed the base position table and the E-throttle target. reduced RPM lockoutr and increased deadband, It should hopefully work better. 
The other thing you need to fix to prevent the stall is the wheel speed sensor.  It is not working in your log.  Without this the ecu will start closing the throttle trying to control idle during overrun and this may cause it to stall.

The "Circuit open relay" is effectively just a fuel pump relay.  Connect it to an aux and set to FP.   STP and ELS arent used in the plug-in and arent really needed. Most likely the OEM ecu used them to improve idle emissions.  

Yes, Spartan has a termination resistor built in and it is enabled by default.  I would use the Spartan in its default mode, use 1Mb/s and 1024 as ID.  Use the attached stream definition.  From the testing I have performed, the Spartan doesn't actually work in Link mode, the stream appears to be incorrect. (you would have needed to log in via serial bluetooth to change the mode/ID to Link CAN Lambda mode)
