I`m driving a 2005 USDM Subaru Impreza STI and in the past I was having trouble with getting the cruise controle working. ever since the latest update the cruise controle works. BUT i need to set the "input latch" to on in the cruise activation window. Then it all works just fine. F4, store and even save. but when i turn of my car for what ever reason, it resets itself again to off. I need to get the laptop again and the input latch again to on. now everytime when i go for a longer drive i need to take my laptop with me if i want to use the cruise.. Am i forgetting something which can fix this problem ? Or is it a known issue ? i`m still new in the game, so every bit of help is welcome ! Thanks in advance ! Adamw Posted February 20, 2020 Report Share Posted February 20, 2020 If you are talking about the input latch in the DI settings, then this should be set to off. It reverts to off as that is the only valid choice (they should really hide that setting to not cause confusion). The actual "latching is done in the cruise control menu, there is a setting called "cruise on switch" which can be set to momentary or toggle. Im pretty sure for the Subarus it should be set to momentary. If it doesnt work for you with the latch off and switch set to momentary then please do a short PC log of you attempting to engage cruise and I will take a look.
