keizsr
こんにちは。新しいwin10ラップトップを入手し、g4xソフトウェアをダウンロードしましたが、一部が表示されません。 試してみるためにg4 +をダウンロードしました。動いた。 ある種のドライバーが足りませんか? 写真を添付しています。
TechDave
Yep, OpenGL graphics drivers.
keizsr
Mr. TechDave. Thanks, but I can't figure out how to download Open GL.
keizsr
I did some research and came up with the idea that opengl might have been included in the g4x software package when I downloaded it. I have redeemed the download several times, but it's still the same. Am I wrong in my thinking?
Adamw
Sorry, I have no idea what Dave was suggesting there. I'll see if I can get an answer from engineering on Monday what they think the issue is. As far as I know G4X should behave the same as G4+. Can you give me a bit of info about your laptop, what model, what graphics card etc.
keizsr
adam lenovo g570 i5-2430m win10 upgrade from win7 to win10 hd graphic 3000 directx12 I'm not very good with computers. Let me know if you need anything else.
TechDave
You need to update your graphics drivers, this is where the opengl drivers are stored. Make sure you get them directly from intel, the windows built in drivers have poor support for OpenGL, because it competes with directX
keizsr
IntelX? Where is it?
keizsr
Are you talking about intel? Intel is up to date with the latest updates. The hd3000 seems to be the last one on my laptop. There's a software company in the U.K. called intelx. I don't know if that's it.
TechDave
Your graphics card drivers are having trouble with the OpenGL commands for drawing the axis titles. I think you need to go here and download this: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/cy/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-g-series-laptops/lenovo-g570-notebook/downloads/ds011506
keizsr
dave Downloaded it, but it's still the same. Maybe it's because you have win10 on a win7 model?
