Commercial forum hosting/storage is not cheap - the cost is not only based on how much space you use, but also how many visitors you get per hour etc. Nearly everybody has a google, apple or microsoft account nowadays and they are free if you dont so I suggest if you use one of those to share files if you have already used your allowance.
