Only would like coolant temp, boost and rpm You dont need to set up anything, you just need the mode set to "Transmit Dash2pro" and it will send the preconfigured stream. I took the can wires back to ecu re-twisted them neater (they were quite loose) heatshrank the wires to keep them in place, now have no faults. Have reconnected the aem and no faults (fuelling is correct again now aswell) As soon as I receive the correct resistors I will fit that then try get the dash working. (Not looking forward to that) And I can set it to dash2 pro and it'll work OK being a dash 2 (not pro) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Adamw Posted October 11, 2021 Report Share Posted October 11, 2021 You will not be able to use the dash and AEM at the same time with the current setup as the operate at different speeds. You will have to re-program the ECU adapter to run at 500K later, but that is not easy and you will need a serial adapter etc so I want to make sure you can get just the dash working first. Pointz Posted October 12, 2021 Author Report Share Posted October 12, 2021 Well thats great if I knew that I wouldn't of bothered with the rt dash, its already cost best part of £800 and now I know it won't even work without even more work. Definitely not going to recommend it. I have a serial to usb adapter here if thats what I need? Could I connect my aem via another input? An v ? And I have racetech connected via canbus, I have no faults at all now. My issue is it is not displaying anything other than rpm. I would like to display, boost, coolant temp and lambda. Adamw Posted October 14, 2021 Report Share Posted October 14, 2021 All of the channels listed below are transmitted to the dash in the DASH2Pro stream. So since you are receiving RPM that means the data is being sent and the CAN is working - your problem is the configuration at the dash end. I have little experience with the dash2 so you will have to ask RT how to configure it to receive all channels from the ECU interface.
