Mixed Subaru Triggers with Thunder ECU

I am setting up my tune for a new engine (yet to be fitted in the car), and I have noticed that the cam/crank triggers are a mix of the V1-6 and V7-10.

 

The crank has a 36-2-2-2 setup as below

The intake cam is the 7 tooth kind

How should I set up the engine to run these? I should be able to manually input these into a Multi-tooth / Missing setup, just after some clarification.

The later crank wheel would be a small improvement over the 6 tooth.  You will need the matching late mode cams wheels too though.

Damn, thanks for the reply, if only Subaru used less weird triggers. I should have a friend with the 6 tooth crank sprocket, so that should fix my problem without too much hassle.
