1UZFE supercharged . lean on hot start . would these charge temp settings resolve

If you are using charge temp approximation then you should turn off the IAT correction.  

But if the injectors and fuel rails are underneath the blower then I would say the lean hot resatrt is probably more due to the hot fuel and injector rather than hot IAT.  

One option is to enable a 4D fuel table with IAT Vs Eng run time, so at high IAT's you give it the extra fuel it wants for the fist minute or whatever it needs.
