But the first thing I would suggest is update the firmware, you are on 6.16 which is very early so there have been many changes and fixes to triggering since then. If firmware doesnt solve the problem then the next step is to do a triggerscope at around the problem RPM. Attach the scope, your tune, and some info about the engine.
