VtrSp1
@Adamw , i have some noise from the fron wheel speed. The setup is : - one single sensor on front axle with 12 teeth trigger wheel and Honeyweel 1GT101DC -two sensor on rear axle (left and right) with 12 teeth trigger wheel and Honeywell 1GT101DC For sensor pin i use the ecu sensor ground , the + 12 V from the main rele and the signal to ecu DI. I don't use a shielded wire for this senso because is hall effect and in other setup done work without noise A few time at 164-165 km/h the front speed sensor have a spike to about 210-215 km/h and other time random a different speed What can do this? Adamw
So the rear speeds never spike? I would say most likely the GT101 is not happy with its target, they can be pretty fussy with target shape, size, squareness etc. You could try a ZF GS101202 or GS101201 or a Littelfuse 55505 in its place, these are direct replacements for the GT101 and are generally faster and less fussy. VtrSp1
Yes the rear speed never spike.. The trigger wheels front and rear are the same . The front trigger is on the medium driveshaft on the engine block. The rear trigger is on the Hub wheels
