hatchfan27
Hello, I am piecing everything together to convert my car to run flex fuel and was wondering if the Link ECS is the only sensor that I can use with the g4x ecu, or can I use something like GM part numbers 13577394, 13577379, or 13577429 Continental sensors? Only ask because the continental sensors are readily available to me. Thank you.
Adamw
Yep, any will work. The old metal body siemens one potentially needs a stronger pull-up so best to stick with the common continental/VDO ones. Just avoid the ebay/amazon ones which are usually chinese fakes. hatchfan27
Thank you @Adamw. Follow up question, do I need to wire in a resistor between VCC and output like the hondata for these sensors to work properly?
