Mikeboosty
so while at anything after 120 f the warm up rpm table is accurate. Although when cold starting in the morning or when ect are cold, the car will want to rev to 2.5-3k and the only way for it to stop revving is to drive it. trying to have it start and warm up at 1.5k rpm at most, tried lowering the warm up enrichment and post start and nothing has seemed to change. Here's a log and the tune. refresh2.pclx cold start weirdness.llgx
Adamw
An engine needs air to make RPM. So you have too much air. In the idle speed control table, zero out the start up offset table for now. Increase the RPM lockout above target to 500RPM. In the idle actuator settings I would drop the startup hold time to 0.5s and the decay to 0.5s. If it still revs too high with those changes then it could be the idle base position too high, the throttle stop is adjusted wrong, or there is a vacuum leak.
