Adamw
What is the wideband? Fuel pressure is a bit more variable that normally see - your dif FP varies from 218-250kpa in just that 20seconds of idling. Have you got any old logs to compare? efi265
Hi Adam thanks for your time to reply ,i appreciate it. so i have had a look at previous logs and all my other fp readings are 296+ kpa or 43 ish psi which is what my base pressure setting should be from memory .so ill check pumps and reg and filter hopefully work it out and let you no . I run the AEM's Wideband UEGO gauge setup thru my link, cheers Ross attached is an old log showing no less than 41.5 psi https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsueBbAiWzmW1yBgBiIoXtBqxhrH?e=M3KaGE
Adamw
Yeah def a fuel pressure issue I would say. Pink traces are the old log, coloured traces are the newer log. 100Kpa difference at same RPM & MAP.
efi265
Hi so i have connected up another fuel pump checked the fuel filter ,fuel reg is now running at a base pressure around 42 as apposed to 32 ish b4 .i have done another log and noticed the battery voltage is dropping along with the fuel pressure . https://1drv.ms/u/s!AsueBbAiWzmW1yKqDmSP2YbQFhlV?e=4eicCP
Adamw
Differential fuel pressure looks quite stable in that log. The battery voltage only drops when your RPM dips a bit low when coming back to idle.
efi265
f ok better try something else ,does the map and mgp seem right are these meant to be closer together in the range .ill fit a new fuel regulator and see what that does cheers
Adamw
MAP and MGP look realistic. Are you still worried about variable lambda? You have CLL bouncing on and off during idle and working pretty hard in general, is mixture more stable with CLL disabled?
efi265
So i ended up fitting a new wideband sensor and all ia good again .i havent had one do that before its not that old either Many thanks for your time Adam
